Shipping

All orders are shipped out within 4-10 business days. If your order being shipped out is going to be delayed I will personally contact you via the email you provided at check out.

All shipping is done through the USPS.

Shipping within the USA is free unless otherwise noted.

Stickers by themselves receive basic shipping that does not include tracking. Shipping can be upgraded at checkout to include tracking.

I ship worldwide, at checkout you will be informed of your addresses shipping charge.

As stated in the Terms & Conditions once your order is in the hands of USPS it is your responsibility to check the tracking (if applicable to your order) and to monitor the mail being delivered to your residence. Due to COVID 19 and employee shortages there may be a delay in receiving your item.

Returns

All of my art items listed on my site have been carefully listed and represented through images, videos, and or text to ensure that you the customer understand exactly what you are purchasing. Therefore refunds will be considered on a case by case basis.

All orders are packaged and sent out by me, personally.

Every package has been tested to ensure the products inside are supported for travel within the USPS therefore refunds are considered on a case by case basis.

If you need to contact me for a possible refund you must email me at amanda@amandabienko.com or use the contact box below within 2 days of receiving your item.

During this review process I may need things like pictures to describe and explain the issue with your order.
